These terms and conditions govern sales made on the website www.initialee.fr "initialee"

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of online sales of products offered by Initialee.

2. Products

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may exist between the photo and the actual product.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. Initialee reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Initialee reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with a customer.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are accepted by [Credit Card / VISA / MASTERCARD / Other methods]. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.

8. Refund

Once the return is validated, Initialee will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the order.
